Advantages:

Отличная квартира в трёхэтажном доме, чистая, с ремонтом, есть лоджия, кондиционер, три телевизора, на кухне вся посуда новая (есть с чем сравнить), удобные диваны, достаточно спальных мест на семью 5 человек, хорошая звукоизоляция, недалеко от моря и рынка, гостеприимная хозяйка.

Disadvantages:

Для кого-то покажется недостатком небольшая кухня и душ+туалет.
